Sauce King is a small company located in Hitachiota city in Ibaraki, and we are proud of our Northern Ibaraki roots. We make many kinds of delicious craft sauces for Japanese and foreign foods. Mad Mikan is our flagship sauce made from locally grown scotch bonnet peppers and mandarin oranges.
